"To me, coaching is more about motivation, sometimes identifying things I didn't immediately see through a different perspective but primarily giving me encouragement and guidance to make positive changes myself." -Leah L.
What is a life coach?
A life coach is not a counselor. This is the first thing you need to know.

As a Christian Life Coach, it is my mission to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself time and time again but have struggled to achieve. While it is important to understand our past, the past is not the focus, but the foundation. A coach helps you access the tools you already have in order to achieve your best you!

You have a God-designed blueprint to your best future inside of you just waiting to be revealed, planned out, and built!
How can I help?
I have received certificates in Christian Life Coaching and Mental Health Coaching from American Association of Christian Counselors, under the instruction of Light University.
As a daughter, mother, and military spouse, I understand the struggle that many women face... A feeling of never being enough. I have suffered from depression, anxiety, and traumatic stress brought on by abuse and rape.

Far greater than anything I have studied, experienced, or survived, I have found the greatest help of all to restore my health and well-being to come from a Creator Who heals body, mind, and soul.
Mentor. Motivator. Accountability Partner.
"You gave me perspective that helped me see beyond just my own, you encouraged me and gave positive reinforcement when I needed it, you held me accountable but understood when I didn't have the mental bandwith to do certain exercises, and you helped me keep my goals realistic." -Leah L.
